Job Description

A CEO of an investment firm is looking for a Personal Assistant individual to run his personal life and assist the family. He has a full-time Executive Assistant who has been with him for 4 years. The role is remote. About the Job:


· Keep the family calendar – CEO and wife and 2 children

· Schedule personal appointments

· Coordinate travel

· Research hotels for trips

· Order dinner reservations and plan vent planning

· Run errands

· Order food and supplies and stock the homes

· Research and hire vendors for home renovation projects when needed

· Oversee the work of vendors, home projects, and housekeeping

· Assist with the management of rental properties

· Make dinner reservations

· Plan parties and dinners
